The yard is nice and I do not have to maintain it! Repairs are done fast. Penny and Jade are so easy to work with. They are always smiling. Renting the clubhouse has been a great experience for family gatherings.

Our family has only lived in Deer Creek Village for one year, but it has been a great experience for us! The only reason why we have to move from here is my husband's work is in a different town and we need to be closer since we don't have a car. Management has been nothing but nice and helpful to us during our stay here. Any time we need them they are more that willing to help us out. Overall, living here has been a great experience. Thank you to our manager Penny Lane! ;) And our maintenance guy Jade! We love you all and you guys will be missed!

I enjoy that they have an area set aside for the dogs to use the bathroom, meet other dogs and play. I like that in general it is pet friendly that is something that is hard to find, and we value that highly as we have a dog. We also enjoy the onsite pool, hot tub, fitness room and pool table. It gives us a lot to do without having to go very far. The staff is also very friendly and has been very helpful to us since we moved in, in January. It's been a little weird and we have had a few problems, mostly due to this being the first time we have ever rented, but they have been very helpful during our adjustment period.
